1. TERMS
By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and their compliance. If you disagree with any of the stated terms and conditions, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. USE LICENSE
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the Premier Outdoor Group site for personal, non-commercial use only. This is a grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
modify or copy the materials;
use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software or material contained on the Premier Outdoor Group site;
remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

4. LIMITATIONS
In no event shall Premier Outdoor Group or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Premier Outdoor Group website, even if Premier Outdoor Group or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

The materials appearing on the Premier Outdoor Group site may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Premier Outdoor Group does not warrant that any of the materials on its site are accurate, complete, or current. Premier Outdoor Group may make changes to the materials contained on its site at any time without notice. Premier Outdoor Group does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Premier Outdoor Group has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Premier Outdoor Group of the site. Use of any such linked site is at the user's own risk.

Premier Outdoor Group may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this site, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
8. GOVERNING LAW
Any claim relating to the Premier Outdoor Group website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. PAYMENTS
All payments made to Premier Outdoor Group using the online credit card facilities are subject to the following conditions.

When you complete the online payment form, funds will be deducted from your credit card in US currency.
Due to the way transactions are processed by external banking sites, there may be delays of 1–3 days in updating your payment in Premier Outdoor Group records.
Payments are debited to Premier Outdoor Group.
Credit card payments are secure:
Payments are processed directly by PayTrace.
Credit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet.
Premier Outdoor Group does not have access to your credit card details.
Confirmation:
If successful, PayTrace will confirm that your payment was completed.
If unsuccessful, PayTrace will advise that your payment has failed. Premier Outdoor Group will not be advised why a payment has failed; you should contact your credit card provider for details.
Premier Outdoor Group will confirm your payment details via email.
All information you provide on the credit card payment forms will be handled in accordance with the PayTrace privacy statement.
Premier Outdoor Group's Terms and Conditions for online credit card payments are subject to change at any time. Each transaction shall be subject to the specific Terms and Conditions in place at the time of the transaction.
10. EMAIL AND SMS/TEXT MESSAGE TERMS
10.1 Who We Are
These messaging terms apply to email and text (SMS/MMS) communications sent by Premier Landscape LLC, doing business as Premier Outdoor Group ("Premier Outdoor Group," "we," "us," or "our").
10.2 Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your consent and your mobile phone number or email address to us — through our website forms, when booking an appointment, over the phone, in person, or by texting us directly — you agree to receive email and text (SMS/MMS) messages from Premier Outdoor Group at the number or address provided.
Consent to receive marketing or automated text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, you agree to notify us promptly at office@thepremierog.com or 401-682-2959.
10.3 Message Types
Text messages. We send appointment-related text reminders from an automated, outbound-only number. These include:
A reminder approximately two (2) hours before your scheduled appointment.
A final reminder approximately fifteen (15) minutes before your scheduled appointment.
These reminder messages are sent from an unmonitored number. Please do not reply to these messages — replies to the reminder number are not monitored and will not reach our office. To reschedule, cancel, or ask a question about your appointment, please contact our office at 401-682-2959 or office@thepremierog.com. (The exception is the STOP and HELP keywords described below, which are always processed.)
Email messages. We may send you:
Transactional and service email, including appointment confirmations and scheduling changes, estimates and proposals, project updates, invoices and payment reminders, and replies to your inquiries.
Account and administrative email, including changes to your account, this policy, or our terms.
Marketing and promotional email, including seasonal service reminders, special offers, and company news — sent only where you have provided the required consent.
10.4 Message Frequency
Text messages: You will receive up to two (2) messages per scheduled appointment. Overall message frequency varies depending on how many appointments you have scheduled.
Email: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the services you have requested.
10.5 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges assessed by your mobile carrier for messages sent to or received from us. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.
10.6 How to Get Help or Opt Out
Text messages: Reply HELP for help, or STOP to opt out. Replying STOP will end appointment reminder text messages to that number. You may receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. To opt back in, text START to the same number, or contact our office. You may also opt out at any time by emailing office@thepremierog.com or calling 401-682-2959.
Email messages: You may unsubscribe from marketing email by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing message, or by contacting us at office@thepremierog.com.
Please note that opting out of text reminders or marketing email does not stop transactional or service communications related to an active account, scheduled service, or open request. To stop those as well, contact our office directly.
10.7 Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered, and delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and network availability.
10.8 Supported Carriers
Our messaging program may be available on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket Wireless, and others. Carrier participation may change without notice.
10.9 Privacy
Information you provide in connection with our email and text messaging programs — including your name, phone number, email address, service address, and message content — is collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10.10 Changes to These Messaging Terms
We may update these messaging terms at any time. The current version will always be posted at this URL, and your continued participation in our messaging program constitutes acceptance of the then-current terms.
