Our Commitment to Your Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy so that you understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose, and otherwise make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy practices:
Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which the information is being collected.
We will collect and use personal information solely for the purpose of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.
We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
Personal information should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up to date.
We will protect personal information with reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and procedures relating to the management of personal information.
We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the privacy of personal information is protected and maintained.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
Contact information — your name, mailing address, service address, email address, and phone number (including mobile number).
Project and service information — details about the property, services requested, estimates, proposals, project notes, and photos.
Payment information — billing details. Credit card payments are processed directly by our payment processor; we do not have access to or store full credit card numbers.
Communication records — appointment history, email correspondence, and the content of text messages exchanged with us.
Website usage information — such as pages visited, referring site, browser type, and general location, collected through standard web analytics.
How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
Schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments.
Prepare and deliver estimates, proposals, and project updates.
Process payments and send invoices and payment reminders.
Respond to your questions and service requests.
Send marketing and promotional communications, where you have provided the required consent.
Maintain our business records and comply with legal obligations.
MOBILE INFORMATION AND SMS CONSENT — NO SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS/text messaging consent information with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, affiliates, or non-affiliated third parties for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
Mobile information may be shared only with service providers and subcontractors strictly to the extent necessary to operate our own messaging program — for example, our CRM platform and our message delivery vendor. These parties are contractually prohibited from using the information for any purpose other than providing services to us, and are prohibited from sharing, selling, or using the information for their own marketing purposes.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us at office@thepremierog.com or 401-682-2959. Full details on message types, frequency, rates, and opt-out are available in our messaging terms.

How We Share Other Information
Apart from the mobile information restrictions described above, we may share personal information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers — vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as scheduling software, CRM providers, payment processors, and email delivery platforms, who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
Subcontractors — trade partners performing work at your property, limited to the information necessary to complete the work.
Legal requirements — when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our legal rights, property, or the safety of others.
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the protections described in this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to maintain business and tax records, and to comply with applicable legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or de-identify it.
Data Security
We protect personal information using reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to guard against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
You may:
Opt out of text messages by replying STOP, or by emailing or calling our office.
Unsubscribe from marketing email using the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing message, or by contacting our office.
Request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, by contacting us using the information below. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Please note that opting out of marketing communications does not stop transactional or service communications related to an active account, scheduled service, or open request. To stop those as well, contact our office directly.
Children's Privacy
Our services and our messaging programs are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any site you visit.
