Every project starts with a complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call with our owner and founder. We'll walk through your property, talk about how you want to use your outdoor space, and give you a realistic sense of investment.
From there, you'll receive a High-Level Budget Proposal with project ranges and design options. If it feels like a fit, you choose a package and we get started.

FAST TRACK POOL DESIGN

For straightforward pool-only projects or a pool with a small, simple patio. When you know what you want, this package moves you from design to permit-ready efficiently.
Not included: Full backyard master planning, complex retaining walls or structures, or special/variance-heavy permitting—these are handled through the design packages below.

✓ One conceptual top-down layout (pool, patios, primary outdoor zones)
✓ Scope of work grouped by major category

You're ready to build. This package refines your pool and outdoor living concept into a fully dimensioned plan with confirmed materials and fixed pricing—everything needed for a construction agreement.
SCOPE INCLUDES:
✓ Everything in Design Package 1, refined and developed
✓ Final scaled and dimensioned master plan showing pool, patios, steps, and main features.
✓ Detailed written scope of work by trade/area
✓ Materials and finishes confirmed
✓ Final detailed pricing by category
✓ Zoning and code compliance confirmed
DESIGN PACKAGE 3: PERMIT-READY DESIGN
From Vision to Approval
Design through permitting—ready to break ground.
You want Premier to handle everything. This package includes full design, coordination with architects and engineers, and a complete permit application—so when it's time to build, you're ready.
SCOPE INCLUDES:
✓ Everything in Design Package 2
✓ Architect coordination for stamped plans (if required)
✓ Structural engineer coordination (if required)
✓ Complete building permit application package
✓ Variance, special permit, and HOA support
✓ Premier acts as design lead and permit coordinator (licensed professionals retain responsibility for stamped documents)
